Jose Garcia
Founder & Project Manager
Jose oversees project planning, client communication, and overall execution for Madison Handyman Solutions. With extensive experience in remodeling and construction coordination, he ensures each project is delivered with quality, organization, and clear expectations.
His role bridges the field and the office, allowing clients to work with a single point of contact from initial planning through project completion.
Carlos Garcia
Lead Installer & Training Supervisor
Carlos has been a jack of all trades for most of his life working in the family business. He has excellent mechanical aptitude and a good eye for detail, he loves people and animals. We constantly receive comments from clients about how friendly and attentive he is while he is in their homes. Carlos is a native of Venezuela. Lawyer is his profession before becoming part of the Madison Handyman Solutions team.
Fit and finish are extremely important to him. He leads the Drywall and Painting staff team. Carlos is great at taking care of your home, but he can focus on greeting your cat before going to work.
Carlos is the leader of all training in the company, ensuring that everyone understands how to work with Madison Handyman Solutions clients.

Operations & Administration Manager
Ximena manages scheduling, client coordination, documentation, and internal processes. Her role ensures projects are properly organized, timelines are met, and communication remains clear and efficient throughout each phase of the work.
